ALLEGHENY RUGBY UNION COACHING POLICY

Effective September 1, 2009:

All clubs (men's & women's clubs, men's & women colleges, boys' & girls' high school teams) will be required to have as a coach an individual that has taken a USA Rugby Coach Development Program clinic (CDP); the only exception is Youth (defined as an Under-15 team). After September 1, 2009, a club that has not had an individual attend a USA Rugby CDP would be denied a referee.
